JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer responsible for writing, executing, and maintaining automated test and load cases. This role involves logging defects and managing them through to resolution, as well as continuously improving automation practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write, execute, and maintain automated test and load cases.
  • Log defects accurately and follow up diligently through to resolution.
  • Continuously learn, apply, and advocate for automation best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance software quality.
  • Document test results clearly and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

 

  • Ability to write clear, maintainable automated test cases.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.

This position operates in a typical office environment. The noise level is generally moderate, and collaborative interactions are frequent.
