JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supervisory support to the facilities leadership team for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the EVS department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports and trains EVS Attendants in various tasks, ensuring the results meet and/or exceed company expectations.
- Works with Facilities Supervisor to create tasks and checklists.
- Holds department pre-shift briefings and delegate job assignments as per guidance of the Facilities Manager.
- Ensures operation is OSHA and Hazcom compliant, including maintenance of the departmental MSD Sheets.
- Ensure all equipment and chemicals are safely labeled, stored, and team members are fully educated on use/hazards.
- Receives equipment and supplies and coordinates distribution and storage of such in an organized fashion.
- Ensures that all storage areas are labeled and maintained in good order.
- Monitors equipment condition and ensures that is it properly maintained.
- Resolves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume hospitality environment.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months to one year of experience in related field preferred.
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

- The Team Member will be required to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
