JOB SUMMARY
The Ambassador serves as a main contact and key informational hub to guests on the gaming floor. Assists with marketing and promotional programs. The Team Member may be required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Increases value of the brand of the company with all programs and execution of programs.
- Identifies value of the brand of the company with all programs and execution of programs.
- Executes guest loyalty, relationships and direct marketing programs. Provides service to respond to guest requirements.
- Assists guests on the gaming floor with understanding HHR machine play.
- Possesses and maintains thorough knowledge of all special events, promotions, advertising campaigns, and community events.
- Displays superior people skills and projects mature presence and confidence.
- Performs duties related to stocking of inventory.
- Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information in accordance with established procedures with company policy and state regulations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent guest service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One (1) year of customer service experience and/or training preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Must obtain valid Virginia Racing Commission License.
- Valid Driver’s License.

- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
- The Team Member may be required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The Team Member may be required to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
- The Team Member may be exposed to smoke when on the floor of the gaming room.
- The Team Member may travel locally or off property for events as needed
