REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong attention to detail and prompt follow-up
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously according to schedules and budgets
- Ability to respond to common inquiries, complaints, or service requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated working knowledge of IT Systems, web applications, and system hardware
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Five to ten years of work experience in information technology or related field
- Experience in a gaming or hospitality setting preferred
- Must obtain a valid gaming license, where applicable
