JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator assists and supports the department in all aspects of media communications and digital marketing initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and update the player database, correcting errors as needed.
  • Develop and produce creative marketing collateral, including social media content.
  • Proofread direct mail samples to ensure accuracy of data, spelling, and grammar.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of casino promotions.
  • Emcee live promotional events and engage with guests.
  • Maintain and update Oxford Casino's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X.
  • Create and manage social media campaigns using Reels, posts, and other engagement strategies.
  • Maintain and organize brochure racks and on-property marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide promotional support and ensure collateral meets brand standards.
  • Create and maintain monthly departmental communications, including marketing promotional binders and team member updates.
  • Review and proofread marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, spelling, and grammar.
  • Assist with coordinating on-site events, including décor, catering, photography, filming, and media release documentation.
  • Order and manage supplies and materials for the Marketing, Host, and Administration departments.
  • Manage and track player card inventory and other player development supplies.
  • Assist with maintaining and analyzing marketing and player data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent guest service.
  • Ability to define problems, to collect data, to establish facts and to draw valid conclusions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred.
  • One to two years of gaming or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Must obtain valid gaming license, where applicable.
