ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the primary point of contact for players, ensuring outstanding service and timely response to inquiries.

Build and nurture relationships with guests through personalized attention and engagement strategies.

Plan and host player events, tournaments, and promotions to drive excitement and participation.

Monitor player activity and engagement trends to identify outreach opportunities and player preferences.

Collect feedback and share player insights with relevant departments to enhance overall service delivery.

Partner with the marketing team to develop appealing player promotions and communication materials.

Educate guests on available services, promotions, and loyalty programs.

Uphold all gaming regulations and internal controls to maintain a compliant and professional environment.

Work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED required.

Degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or gaming is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with gaming industry practices and regulations is a plus.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

May be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced, and smoke-filled environment.
