Beverage Server

  Take beverage orders from guests promptly and accurately.

 Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with state and local alcohol laws and company policies.

 Engage with guests in a courteous and friendly manner to enhance the guest experience.

 Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.

 Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and beverage stations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

 Replenish beverage stock, garnishes, napkins, and other supplies as needed to maintain service levels.

 Process guest payments accurately using the point-of-sale system.

 Monitor casino floor to identify guests in need of service and respond promptly to guest requests.

 Assist in clearing and cleaning tables and service areas as necessary. 

 Adhere to all company policies, gaming regulations, and sanitation guidelines.

 Communicate any issues, spills, or guest incidents to management promptly.

 Assist with training new team members as needed.

 Perform other duties as assigned.
