Oak Grove: Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the “Property”) is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell.  The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.

JOB SUMMARY

The Surveillance lead will conduct surveillance and ensure that employees are monitoring operations. Surveillance lead will fill in for Surveillance Shift Managers when required.  #OakGrove

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responds to calls requesting the need for surveillance coverage
  • Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Operating Systems
  • Conducts surveillance through the CCTV system utilizing the necessary equipment to observe, report and record procedural violations and unusual activities
  • Ensures that employees are monitoring the operation of automated bill breaker, gaming voucher, coupon redemption and jackpot payout machines
  • Ensures that employees are monitoring the operation of the count room and the video recording of movements of cash, slot cash storage boxes and table game drop boxes
  • The detection of the presence of any individual who may or is required to be excluded or ejected from the licensed facility or is self-excluded from the gaming floor and gaming activities at all licensed facilities
  • Communicates violations in a timely manner to appropriate supervisory personnel and follows up with accurate and detailed documentation
  • Working knowledge of CMS application including but not limited to the following: Cage & Pit menu (customer status inquiries), Credit, Marketing & Players Club and Self Exclusion display
  • Conducts digital video reviews as assigned
  • Documents equipment malfunctions
  • Responsible for accurate and efficient operation of procedures within designated department
  • Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
  • Must complete all required company training
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all Team Members and the public.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the position
  • Must be detail oriented, have a professional attitude, strong organizational and time management skills, and be customer-focused
  • Experience using technology for HR and/or recruiting systems
  • Experience in HR policies and procedures
  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous surveillance experience
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.
