Oak Grove: Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the “Property”) is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell. The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.
JOB SUMMARY
The Revenue Audit Supervisor plays an instrumental role in the timely completion of facility audits and ensures accuracy and regulatory compliance. #OakGrove
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Supervises policies, procedures, and regulations regarding audit and compilation of revenue and reporting requirements and General Applied Accounting Procedures (GAAP).
- Review daily work generated by revenue auditors and prepare journal entries necessary to book revenue to the general ledger.
- Reviews source documents for compliance with minimum internal control standards and company policies and verifies transactional details for gaming and non-gaming areas when necessary.
- Prepares special reports for audit preparation and reviews reports prepared for and by outside monitoring agencies.
- Investigates unusual occurrences with appropriate management.
- Supervise a team of auditors, conducting necessary reviews, discipline, and scheduling of the team and its duties.
- Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary
- Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Competency demonstrated in leading the Revenue Audit team and assigned duties.
- Maintaining interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
- Oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of Revenue Audit.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Three to five years’ experience in an audit, accounting, or analytical position preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky racing license
