JOB SUMMARY
Assist the Supervisor in all facets of the drop/count operations, safeguarding and accounting for all gaming money drops and organizing and maintaining all drop boxes. Provides direction and guidance for the department. Ensures that a maximum level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the property is achieved. Presents a positive image in the gaming and community.
Duties and Responsibilities: Trains Drop/Team Members. Monitors the activities of Team. Ensures tickets and currency are picked up, accounted for and recorded accurately and efficiently. Reviews all reports for accuracy and completion. Schedules all Drop/Count Team Members and assigns functions, in the absence of the Supervisor. Adheres to company count policies and procedures. Performs labor function during slot drop. Performs labor function during count. Performs other duties as assigned. |

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Two years’ experience in vault or banking operations and two years of supervisory experience required and/or comparable combination of education and experience.
Must have the ability to obtain a KY Racing Lic.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school degree or GED required.
