JOB SUMMARY

Cleans kitchen and prepares work stations for cooks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleans kitchen counters, floors, work stations
• Stocks kitchen inventory
• Assists kitchen staff as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. 
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Less than high school education; or three or more years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Louisiana Responsible Vendor license (alcohol service).
• Louisiana State Racing Commission license (to be obtained upon hire)
