JOB SUMMARY

As a Surveillance Operator your role is to observe and report suspicious activity, policy deviation, incidents, and other safety and compliance matters. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Is vigilant in observing all areas of the casino and surrounding areas and report all procedural infractions and criminal activity to the appropriate person/department.
- Maintains cleanliness of workstations and equipment.
- Performs close watch duties as assigned.
- Maintains familiarity with gaming law, regulations, company policies and procedures.
- Receives periodic on-the-job training.
- Diligently monitors all company assets as well as monitoring all employees for procedural violations.
- Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of procedures and policies for all departments.
- Enforces department procedures by observing and reporting any failure to comply with company policy or gaming regulation.
- Maintains up to the minute, detailed, and accurate logs.
- All other duties assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Individual Proficiencies
- Maintain interpersonal working relationships among personnel and the public.
- Oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to assume overall responsibility relative to the performance of the position.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma.
- 1 year of surveillance experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
