JOB SUMMARY

Calder Casino is an energetic and growing organization that is looking for talented and customer service driven individuals to join the team. We are devoted to creating Winning Experiences for our teammates, guests, and partners. We have an open position for Main Banker in our Cash Operations Department. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience with cash handling and maintaining operational bankrolls. Casino experience would be a big plus! ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Main Banker is responsible and accountable for assisting the Cash Operations Supervisor in the complete operation of the Vault.

  • Responsible for accurate control over casino funds.  Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Responsible for maintaining adequate operational bankrolls
  • Responsible for maintaining adequate NRT cassette inventory
  • Ensures the safety and security of employees and customers.  Manages processes and procedures to control and reduce loss time injuries.
  • Review vault activities with Cash Operations Supervisor and/or Director of Cash Operations.
  • Maybe asked to substitute as a Cage Cashier from time to time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to assume responsibility relative to the Vault.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Two to Five years’ experience in casino cage operations or banking.   
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with cashiering or banking is highly preferred.  
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
