JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations Manager drives efficiency, quality, and insight across the marketing organization. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to streamline workflows, manage the marketing tech stack (CRM, automation, analytics, attribution), and deliver actionable reporting. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Operations: Own end-to-end setup, QA, launch, and tracking of multi-channel campaigns; ensure timelines and business goals are met.

  • Technology & Tools: Administer and optimize CRM, marketing automation, analytics/attribution; coordinate integrations, data governance, and user enablement.

  • Process Optimization: Design, document, and drive adoption of repeatable workflows (intake, approvals, QA, retrospectives) for speed, collaboration, and compliance.

  • Data & Analytics: Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on funnel health, ROI, and lifecycle metrics; translate findings into clear recommendations.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration with Product, Compliance/Legal, and adjacent teams to ensure executional excellence and regulatory adherence.

  • Quality Control: Maintain QA checklists for assets, data flows, tracking, and customer journeys; uphold brand standards and regulatory requirements.

  • On-Site Collaboration: Lead/participate in in-person planning sessions, workshops, creative reviews, and launch “war-rooms”; conduct on-site QA for physical/printed materials; perform tasks requiring secure systems or facilities available only on company premises.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement test-and-learn enhancements to processes, tooling, and measurement.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Strong organization and project management; able to build structure in fast-moving environments.

  • Technical fluency with CRM/marketing automation, analytics/BI, and attribution; able to troubleshoot data/tracking.

  • Analytical storyteller—turns data into insights for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Process design/documentation; drives adoption across teams.

  • Clear communication and influence skills; facilitates decisions and alignment.

  • Detail-orientation for quality, brand consistency, and compliance.

  • Adaptability—balances operational rigor with creative/product initiatives.

  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2–3 years in marketing operations, CRM administration, growth marketing, or related field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, analytics/BI, and basic attribution/tracking; related certifications a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work setting: In office, extended periods working at a computer; frequent participation in meetings.

  • On-site presence: Regular in-office presence to perform in-person collaboration, and conduct QA of physical assets.

  • Movement/handling: Ability to move about the office; occasional light lifting up to ~20 lbs (e.g., equipment, printed materials).

  • Schedule: Standard business hours with occasional early/late periods for launches or big racing events.

  • Travel: Minimal to occasional between company locations or vendor sites.
