JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a key role in the execution and optimization of TwinSpires marketing initiatives. This role supports the marketing team by coordinating campaign workflows, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring flawless execution across CRM, Tournaments, and player promotions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring campaigns and promotions are delivered accurately and on time.
- Manage intake and organization of creative assets, ensuring briefs, approvals, and final files are properly documented within project management tools.
- Collaborate closely with CRM, Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment on campaign messaging, targeting, and timing.
- Support the setup and QA of player offers, bonus campaigns, and player messaging by cross-checking creative, copy, and promotional details.
- Assist in reporting key performance metrics and compiling weekly/monthly dashboards in coordination with the analytics and CRM teams.
- Document and improve internal marketing processes to streamline operations and communication across cross-functional teams.
- Some weekend and flexible coverage required to support key racing events such as The Kentucky Derby.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or campaign execution — ideally within gaming, entertainment, or digital consumer brands.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
- Proficient in project management and marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Data-curious: comfortable pulling performance reports and identifying trends to support campaign optimization.
