Overview

The CDImmerse Business Track is for top-performing graduates with a passion for development and a drive to make a real impact on CDI's business operations. As a CDImmerse Program Participant in the Business Track, you will embark on an immersive 2-year development track featuring four rotations across various departments, including Finance, Accounting, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Gaming Operations, and other related business areas. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will enter into a full-time position with CDI.

Each rotation will expose you to crucial aspects of CDI's operations, allowing you to take on responsibilities for tasks, projects, and initiatives assigned by functional leaders. This program isn't just a learning experience; it's a launchpad for your competitive career in our industry.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a minimum completion of a bachelor’s degree Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field within the past 6 months or by May 2026. MBA graduates welcome.
• Strong academic foundation with a minimum GPA requirement (e.g., 3.5 on a 4.0 scale).
