JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in an excellent and timely manner to ensure quality guest service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greets guests on arrival and regards on departure in a warm and inviting manner.
- Takes beverage orders from guests and relays orders to bartender to deliver drink order to the guest at their location.
- Demonstrates salesmanship with complete menu and product knowledge.
- Maintains cleanliness of guest areas including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
- Performs responsible alcohol service with regards to guest limitations.
- Ensures and maintains cleanliness and orderliness of workstation, including restocking service well with supplies.
- Checks supplies and maintains proper set up and cleanliness of service stations before, during, and after shift.
- Prepares coffee and soft drinks for the drink orders.
- Properly garnishes drinks.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong and accurate money handling skills.
- Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of wines, alcohol, and mixed drinks.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One to three months experience in related field.
- Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
- Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certificate.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
- The Team Member will be required to stand for the duration of the shift.
- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is frequently required to sit or stand; walk; use hands to finger reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
- The Team Member may be required to lift up to 50 pounds.

- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
- The work environment may vary in levels of crowds, noise, and smoke, depending on the assigned station and guest volume.
