JOB SUMMARY
Sit in surveillance room and observe actions in the casino, count room areas, restaurants, hotel common areas, entertainment complex and any other public areas of the property.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties. Must have ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent. |
Minimum 2 years’ experience in surveillance with knowledge of CCTV systems. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service; To perform their job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS
The work environment consists of very demanding surroundings with a low noise level, while in the Surveillance Room.
