JOB SUMMARY

Performs any combination of cleaning duties to maintain the hotel all public areas, office areas in the casino and hotel, the administrative office building, casino floors, restaurants, and restrooms in the hotel and casino.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assures the highest possible level of guest satisfaction for the cleanliness of all guest hotel rooms, as well as the hotel hallways, elevators, stairways, and any other area of the hotel that deems it, so that all health and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from team members, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner Ability to quickly and accurately perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of duties. Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts and draws valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deals with several variables.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

No experience necessary. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High school diploma or equivalent

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

The work environment in the hotel consists of very non-demanding surroundings with a low noise level. The work environment for the casino consists of very demanding surroundings with a high noise level.
