Title:  IT Technician-NonEx

Coordinates problem definition and resolution for applications with the Director of IT. Troubleshoots issues with existing or developed systems and works with the appropriate resources to resolve them.

• Provides on-call support for complex and critical computer application problems and issues. 
• Maintains a broad knowledge of state-of-art technology and equipment.
• Builds and runs queries/reports.
• Offers support to the IT staff for duties as assigned.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from team members, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties. Ability to define problems, to collect data, to establish facts and draw valid conclusions.  Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
