JOB SUMMARY

Leads and manages all aspects of marketing to assist the company in meeting current and future goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Designs, implements, maintains and evaluates all marketing plans related to advertising, public relations, promotions and direct marketing while emphasizing maximum utilization of the established budget.
•    Prepares monthly reports for management on key metrics developed for the Marketing Department.
•    Understands and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
•    Prepares yearly departmental budget and ensures maximum utilization of the budget.
•    Collaborates with other departments on special events and promotions.
•    Maintains appropriate staffing levels in the Marketing department by interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining and terminating team members as needed.
•    Held accountable to a high degree for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
•    Perform any other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from employees, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties. Ability to define problems, to collect data, to establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Degree with training and experience in casino environment; Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and sales management for casino.

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

The work environment consists of very demanding surroundings with a high noise level.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Constant wrist motion, sits, hear and eye/hand coordination; Frequently speak, read, write, stand, walk, bend and stoop. Occasionally lift, carry, push and pull. Must be able to continuously maneuver around property and office, often standing for long hours. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk and reach with arms and hands, bend and have the ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
