Title: Gaming Technician - Part Time

Gaming Technicians are responsible for the overall and efficient operation of the gaming terminals and equipment at Turfway Park Racing and Gaming.
General Duties:
- Repair and maintain Gaming related equipment on the Gaming floor and in the Gaming shop.
- Maintains secure key controls and ensures the protection of the company assets
- Participate in installation, movement, and removal of gaming related equipment.
- Maintain proper gaming logs in order to comply with state or internal regulations.
- Ensure the safety and security of all guest and employees.
- Other duties as assigned.
Other Duties as Assigned:
- The gaming technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining and monitoring the operation of assigned electronic Gaming device devices
- Identify replacement and repair as needed, Gaming device components, validator, cash boxes, and printers
- Participates in movement of any gaming related equipment
- Repair and maintain Gaming related equipment on the gaming floor
- Participate in installation, movement and removal of gaming related equipment
- Assist operations team in minor tilt resolution, such as paper fills and answering service lights.
- Correct machine faults, printer errors, bill validator tilts, ect.

- While performing the duties of this job that employee is frequently required to sit, stand walking, use hands and fingers to reach, handle, feel for, objects, tools, or controls also while reaching with hands and arms, mush be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawling
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, too loud
- The employee is subjected to circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, while actively observing players and functioning of the gaming machines
Education, Training and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two-year Electronic Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance
- Must be able to obtain license to work at facility from regulatory body
Physical Demands
- Frequent siting or standing
- Lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds
- Noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud
- Circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines
