ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure orders are prepared with the correctly
- Organize order tickets and proper placement of food on food trays
- Collaborate with the culinary team
- Inspect dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before sending them out to guests
- Assist in delivering orders/running food to maintain prompt service to guests
- Addresses food/beverage or service related guest issues
- Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
- Support bussers/servers
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor or department manager
- Knowledge of menu items and service as well as overall restaurant operations
- Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Two years high volume table-service dining required
- Ability to obtain KY Racing License
