JOB SUMMARY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keeping VIP bar, Wells and Pop-up Bars and restaurant bars fully stocked at all times
- Preparing garnishes
- Refilling ice wells
- Replenishing the bar with glasses, toothpicks, napkins, coasters, ice cubes, etc.
- Restocking liquor bottles
- Changing beer kegs
- Restocking the bar for the following shift
- Putting away shipments of liquor and beer
- Tracking opening and closing inventory levels
- Other duties as assigned by management
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be 21 years of age
- A minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
- Aptitude for multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
- Noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud
- Circulate throughout the assigned areas, including the smoking area, actively observing players and functioning of machines
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Must be able to obtain Kentucky Racing License.
