Title:  Shuttle Bus Driver

JOB SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transports guests in a safe manner while adhering to all established rules and regulations.
• Displays prompt, courteous and efficient services to patrons.
• Greet arriving and departing guests.
• Reports all unsafe and/or mechanical problems of shuttle to Director.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including light cleaning and light maintenance on vehicles.
• Is knowledgeable of and actively promotes company marketing and promotional events and is proficient in answering guest questions.
• Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team member and guest relations.
• Maintain professionalism at all times when working with other team members and/or guests.
• Will deal with all types of guest-related situations in a professional, courteous manner and will relay all guest compliments and complaints to department management.
• Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Valid CDL driver’s license with airbrake endorsement required and must meet the requirements of company Motor Vehicle Record Policy.
• Must be able to operate manual and automatic transmissions.
• Must have prior customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position.
• Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and/ or executes written, verbal and/or demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland State Lottery Agency required of all Gaming Establishment employees.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school dipmloma or equvalent required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS

• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time without difficulty.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules due to the needs of the business, including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
