JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator with a strong background in Linux (Ubuntu), server virtualization, and remote server/network management. This role requires hands-on expertise in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting complex system issues, and implementing new technologies.

This is a highly technical, hands-on position—not an entry-level role or a developer position. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where they must learn new technologies independently, analyze them, document findings, and present recommendations to management. This position will sit in our Austin, Texas HQ and be able to travel to installs and upgrades as needed.

If you're the kind of person who gets excited about troubleshooting a tough network issue, enjoys learning cutting-edge IT solutions just because it’s fun, and takes pride in making systems run better than ever, you’ll fit right in. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for tech, curiosity for the unknown, and drive to constantly improve. If that sounds like you, we can’t wait to meet you!
